Start-up

Our process

A cleaning plan that works the way you do — with an 8-step start-up that prepares people, systems, and the facility before the first night of service.

Account start-up, done with intention

Most vendors “start cleaning.” We start with structure — so quality isn’t left to chance on night one.

  1. Step 1

    Internal Pre-Start Meeting

We align on scope of work, labor hours, equipment and systems, and the overall game plan before anyone sets foot on site.

  2. Step 2

    Staff Recruitment

Place ads, phone screen, and run multiple interviews so the right people are ready for your building.

  3. Step 3

    Pre-Meeting with Customer

Review facility vitals, schedule equipment delivery, and walk the facility together.

  4. Step 4

    Orientation and Training

Compliance and HR, chemicals and equipment, techniques and processes — before the first clean.

  5. Step 5

    Systems Development

Create job cards, quadrant maps, and supervisor checklists tailored to your floor plan and traffic.

  6. Step 6

    Facility Pre-Start Prep

Equipment and supplies delivered, janitor closets organized, building prepped for launch.

  7. Step 7

    Employee On-Site Training

Dry run of what will take place, role-specific training, and reaffirmation of procedures.

  8. Step 8

    Account Start-Up

Begin the clean with extra staff and extra supervision so day one meets the standard.
